this is part of an essay i did for my english class.

“The Dreadful Day”

“Crunch! Crunch!” was the sound that echoed throughout my house as I ate cereal on my first day of school. Having a uniformed outfit that consisted of blue pants, white shirt, and no style filled my stomach with nerves as I thought of going to school. The clock struck 7:30 a.m. and we were off to school a block away, I didn’t know what to expect in my first day of the third grade, who’s going to be there or what was going to happen. All I wanted to do is to run back to bed and wish it was all a dream. The first day of school in a new class with new teachers and classmates was my biggest fear; many people are intimidated and scared of change and new beginnings.
